Gameclub Terms & Conditions – Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Gameclub (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") and its users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "member"). By visiting the Gameclub website or opening an account and using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

Only individuals aged 18 or above may open an account and use Gameclub's services. This rule is strictly enforced — any violation will result in permanent account closure.

• Identity verification may be requested at any time for age verification purposes.
• Any attempt to create an account in a minor's name will result in all accounts from that IP address being permanently closed.
• If you suspect a minor you know is using Gameclub, we strongly recommend reaching out to their parents or guardians.

Gameclub is built to serve users in Bangladesh. Services may be limited for users from other countries or regions.

Deposits on Gameclub can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: 100 BDT.
• Maximum daily deposit limit: ৳50,000 BDT (may differ for verified accounts).
• Once a deposit is completed, funds are typically credited to your account within 5–10 minutes.
• Third-party payments are not accepted — deposits must be made from your own registered number.
• If a payment hasn't arrived, contact support with your transaction ID.

Withdrawing funds from Gameclub is simple and fast. Just make sure you meet the required conditions.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: ৳50,000 BDT.
• A maximum of three withdrawal requests may be made per day.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳1,00,000 (1 lakh BDT) may require additional verification.

Winnings from bonuses require the wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal. Until then, withdrawals from the bonus balance are not permitted — only your cash balance is available for withdrawal.

Please review the following rules before placing bets on Gameclub.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds may change at any time — the odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• During in-play betting, odds change rapidly once a match kicks off — bet with awareness.
• Gameclub reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, Gameclub's decision is final.
• If an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.

The minimum single bet amount is ৳10 BDT and the maximum is determined by the event and market. Gameclub reserves the right to cap bet amounts for large wagers.

All bonus offers on Gameclub are subject to specific terms and conditions. Receiving a bonus does not automatically mean it can be withdrawn immediately.

• Every bonus carries a wagering multiplier — once that bet amount is reached, the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus abuse (such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts) is a punishable offence.
• Gameclub reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Gameclub. Involvement in any of these will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
• Involvement in match-fixing or manipulation of results.
• Using software or bots for automated betting.
• Exploiting odds errors or technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or compromise the security of the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Gameclub may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or failing verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Members can close their account at any time by contacting support. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before doing so.
